We are planning a diverse range of presentations in our daily lectures. Speakers already confirmed are Michael Vannoy Adams, Jocelyne Quennell, and Patricia Skar. Each one will give their own particular take on the theme of power.
One notable speaker is Michael Vannoy Adams, a senior Jungian analyst from New York, and it will be our privilege to welcome him to Champernowne in 2018. He has written several inspiring books about imagination, the fantasy principle and Jungian ways to approach images.
See his website http://www.jungnewyork.com/
Look out for more info about our speakers this autumn on this website.
There will of course be our regular afternoon arts workshops, guided by highly experienced workshop leaders. Here you have a chance to explore and experiment in your chosen art form whether it be writing music fairytales dance or drama.
In addition, there are many activities programmed throughout the week, such as communal singing, folk dancing, poetry reading, social dreaming matrix, Jung seminars, a form of Tai Chi, and other surprises.
So spread the word, tell friends and colleagues, and commit 5-10 August 2018 in your diary now.
We aim to make the 2018 Summer Course as refreshing and special as always, in the long-established unique tradition of Champernowne.
This is one of the most actively creative and imaginative Jungian events in the calendar.
Whether a newcomer or an old timer, whatever your age, interest, or line of work, you are
equally welcome. You will surprise yourself about what you find there.
